Bad Service

Just want to make some comments on why they say Singaporean provide bad services.

I was at Clementi Central, wanting to develop my wedding photos into hard copies, when the INCIDENT happened. A particular shop, whos name not mentioned but they are the big blue tt is developing pictures there at the moment, was having a sale for the post CNY. Each 4R piece is going for 20c only, but a min of 100 pictures must be developed to enjoy that discount.

Ok, being my 1st time, I stared at the 2 monitor wondering what to do with it! There was no Q & the shop was crowded. I witness a lady took out her anicent (as quoted by my brother) VCD/DVD & started to insert into the machine & viola came the pictures. Following suit, I inserted my USB, trying to get the machine to read my thumbdrive ...

It failed.

Like an idiot, i plug in plug out, trying to get the stupid mach to read my folders. Judging by my tone, you should know that it couldnt read...Some1 finally noticed me (looking as if i wan to smash their property) & offered to help. I told them my problem nicely & all I got was this irritating comment that set me walking away in anger,

"Cannot read means cannot lorh, sometimes its like that 1"

As the shop was bz, she walked away & went to attend the others.

What do you mean cannot?! The computer read my drive, its the stupid program that cannot read, cant you do any fragging thing to help!!! She heard my inner cries & PUSHED her way inbetween me & the comp as she attempts to restart her program. I wont want to see how you restart your stupid comp lah!

Being a retail supervisor in my previous employment, I am ASHAMED to be once classified as service industry personnel with her.
