Was at Baker's Inn browsing thru brother lun's NZ expedition last Sat, Hubby bought me this mini delicacy - sumatra. A layer of vanilla mousse on top of chocolate sponge cake, coated with a generous strong dark choco...

The taste is unforgettable...

Both the mousse & cake were so soft & fluffy, it crumpled & melted in our mouth. Chinese cheng yu '入口即融' is the appropriate description for the feeling. The taste was light and sweet while the coating, however, was strong & bitter. I tell you, the combination is call SINFUL to most people. To me, I feel that I am the luckiest woman on earth cause my husband has good taste in delicacies...Damnz!

Doesnt it just makes your mouth water?
