時間がない！
I suddenly feel that there is not enough time to meet the SO MANY project deadlines.

Deadline aside...
I like my job, but I really do not like it when people take you for granted & treats you like their own staff! Sometimes, being a 'leader', you need to check yourself - your attitude, your abilities and your charisma. Charisma makes you a successful leader, limited ability stumbles your path & poor attitude kills you.
