Lousy serivce from Mega Electronic store in Spore
How many times have we been slammed with terrible service quality on local grounds? Sickening isnt it? I was from service line and I fully understand how the service thingy goes. Let's not say kopidiam / food court / sch canteen / wet mkt where we only transact our basic needs..Let's compare luxury goods where products we buy are of 'extras'.
Scene took place at Harvey Norman yesterday @ around 8pm, Millenia Walk branch, where we were looking at a series of LCD TV for my father-in-law. Hubby saw a price that father-in-law wanted and made enquiries on their promotion. Being very careful with his expenditure, my father-in-law was a bit reluctant to buy the model w.o seeing the actual product, the whole transaction took quite a while..end up another CHINESE staff walked to the sales person who was entertaining us and told him "He would buy one, dun nid to entertain him so much"
Can u image what a sabo king this salesperson was?! The sales staff entertaining us was giving us such a good quality service that we were considering getting our furnitures from Harvey Norman BUT some sabo king had to spoil it!!! The sales staff really did heel his sabo-er's words & half hearted served us...
Tell ya, if it wasnt for the short clip i was fasinated w on their display tv, i would have made that RUDE HARVEY NORMAN CHINESE SALESPERON apologise to us! So rude of him to make such a comment 'behind' our back. Luckily Mj was on the phone but could multi task - he managed to hear the sabo king comments infront of him.
Normal Civilians take awhile to invest $$ in lavish items like 2k for full HD tv or 5k for a sofa with massage functions. These are luxury goods that one wouldnt take 5min to make a decision under normal circumstances, right? However, sales ppl always like to classify their buyers even before learning of their buying needs. They only focus on the present transaction but fail to see future sales possibilities.
This had help to reduce the choice of stores I'll invest for my new house...Mayb I should write a letter of compliment to Harvey Norman.

i dint cuz dint c the whole tg - attracted to the movie on their tv le..hubby told me later.
As such, i also have no names to pen down. Hubby dun wan to pursue so i can only write the letter w.o names.
did u do anything to him in the end? given ur character, i think he have alot of take in liaos! hahahaha;
