... I have not had a good night sleep.

Its either the urgent toilet release smack in the middle of the night, or the FREAKING still warm air that breathes down your butt, or the REALLY URGENT hunger strike that sets u biting your mattress while you sleep! Since May 2009, there has never been a night I would not wake up with either one of these symptoms. Darnz!
