It was the GE raid at Zouk on the 16th June. Few of us went & went home with disappointment. We were novice in the clubbing arena

Embarrassing enuff, lets fast-forward to the party.

Really liked the mass display of the pictures of GE - totally awed by it. The only setback - the music whole night was the SAME. R&B + hiphop wasnt really our kind of groove. Its a gaming theme, i really tot they might go into 'house' or at least 'techno' ... haha...the group of auntie n uncles found it really boring to b shaking to the slow & steady beat. Our hands and legs were entangled by the 40th repeat of the same tune. After that, we decided to untangle by leaving the scene. End of day review - not worth the $ to get lung cancer & liver failure.

I guess this auntie-uncle group is better with warm-ups, sports and lan-gaming. We sure look out of place in the intoxicated world dominated by the youngsters.

That aside, we had our usual pig-out session before we went to zouk.

We stood up and looked at the mess we created on the table - It looked like 5pple just had their dinner there! Mr 'prvate' stood up and comment 'Did we just ate this mess?'

As if that wasnt enuff, we went for 田鸡粥 after all the intoxication & slow groove @ Zouk!

I felt i had already spent half my life away that night ...
