Unlucky

Tried our luck at ballot but failed.

Our Q no was 3081 out of the 3900 applications for the units. We were given 4 chances at the ballot BUT was given 3081 as our BEST ballot! Cant image our luck at this ballot & I believe this phrase 'tough luck' suits our situation.

I had refused to take the fact, that given 4 chances at the ballot, I had still managed to qualify for a 3000 plus position. If I had been in 2000 odd, I might not have been so pissed off...but a hell 3000 position out of 3900 & given 4 attempts at it too!!! I cannot accept the system. PERIOD.
